Catching Clinics |
The Maryland STARS are hosting their seventh annual fastpitch softball catching clinic with Jaime Wohlbach and assistant(s) as the instructors.

The clinic will consist of one 2 hour 30 minute session/group of catchers. The number of catchers will be limited to 10-14 catchers at a time. |
|

|
|
The clinic will be held February 6, 2011. |
|
|

Online Registration must be received by 1/29 and payment must be received by 1/31/2011 |
|
|
| |
There will be 2-3 separate timeslots that players can signed up for (if enough catchers sign up). |

Since many of the drills require pairing up catchers in groups of two, catchers will be paired as best possible with respect to experience level, age, and ability. There are three timeslots tentatively scheduled (age groups per timeslot are not firm, but catchers will be paired with another of similar ability during the clinic): |

12:45-3:15 (10-12U) |
3:30-6:00 (14-18U) |

The cost of each session is as follows: $55 for Maryland Stars players and $65 for non-Maryland Stars players. For planning purposes once registered there are no refunds other than medical reasons or family emergencies. |

Catchers must bring the a full set of catcher's equipment to include shin guards, chest protector, helmet/face guard and glove/mitt. |

Registration and timeslot selection will be on a first come basis. Please direct all questions or scheduling concerns to the clinic coordinator.Maryland STARS are given priority in registration and scheduling. |

The Maryland STARS Girls Fastpitch Softball Tournament Team Program provides a top level of play for girls interested in competing at the highest level and willing to work to achieve their goals. The STARS provide top coaching (all head coaches attend regular coaches clinics), excellent facilities and equipment, compete in national tournaments,are well-known throughout the region, host clinics with experts in their field as instructors, host competitive tournaments, and provide a place for players to grow(we have 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U, and 18&over teams). |
