The Maryland STARS in conjunction with Accelerate Your Game (AYG - www.accelerateyourgame.com) is holding three training sessions for players to improve their speed and agility. The training will be under the direction of Alonzo Ruffin. |

The dates are 1/21, 2/11 and 3/11. Two timeslots are currently being offered, 3:00-4:15pm and 4:15-5:30pm. |

Players may register for 1 or more dates. Only one session per date is permitted. The Stars highly recommend that players serious about improving these aspects of their athletic abilities register for all 3 sessions. |

The cost of each session of the camp will be based on the number of participants in each session. Thus the exact cost is not known at this time, but it will not be more than $25 per session (1 hour and 15 minutes). Players will be assessed the proper fee at the conclusion of the three sessions. |

Registration and timeslots selection will be on a first come basis. Deadline to register is 1 week prior to the session. |
