The Maryland STARS Trading Pin Contest is to select the best pin design. All players are urged to submit an entry or more. The drawing may be only a sketch or a full featured artist version of the pin design. All players that submit an entry get 3 extra trading pins in their allotment -- multiple entries per player are permitted, but only 3 extra pins total will be awarded to any one player. The player that submits the winning design gets 10 additional pins.
